Flemming Norrgren
Board member, Center for Higher Ambition and Professor emeritus, Chalmers University
Over the past 30 years, Flemming has led more than 30 management research projects and has held leadership positions in several management research centers. He has conducted research and overseen consulting projects focusing on key management issues, including change management, industrial R&D management, leadership, project management, and socio-technical systems design.
Flemming was the founder and Director of the FENIX Executive Ph.D. Program and Research Center and a Professor at the Chalmers University of Technology. His research and consulting work has included projects with top executives at AstraZeneca, Ericsson, TELIA, and Volvo. Flemming has also been a member of the Board for the School of Management at Chalmers University, as well as the Swedish Association for Human Resources Managers. He is on the board of the Florence Academy of Art, the world-leading school for realist painting.
In addition to his research and consulting experience, Flemming has also held line and project management responsibilities at telecommunications companies.
Flemming is a co-author of the book “Higher Ambition: How Great Leaders Create Economic and Social Value" by Harvard Business Review Publishing, 2011.
