PATRICIA GUZMAN

Program Manager

Patricia’s role is to empower leaders to excel in their leadership journey. At HAL-C, she manages program operations and ensures a fulfilling, transformative experience for all participants. In collaboration with the Alliance and its sister organizations, TruePoint Center and the Climate Action Pathfinder, she works alongside a diverse group of innovators and social leaders across the Americas, Africa, and Asia, helping them scale their initiatives and amplify their impact. She is passionate about supporting individuals as they grow to their full potential and achieve success both personally and professionally.

With over eight years of experience working with NGOs and nonprofit organizations, Patricia has a strong background in designing and implementing strategies to scale programs effectively. She has led numerous multi-year initiatives focused on improving access to quality education, social protection, women's empowerment, and sustainable income generation. Before joining the Alliance and TruePoint Center, Patricia contributed to organizations such as Innovations for Poverty Action. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.

Originally from Colombia, Patricia now resides in Toronto, Canada, with her wonderful husband and their two adorable kittens.
