TOM CUNNINGHAM
Executive Director of Leadership Programming
Tom has a rich and varied background, including senior HR leadership, operations leadership, teaching, and music. Combining these experiences and interests, Tom has oversight across all leadership programs offered by the Alliance, including the Higher Ambition Leadership Institute (HALI), which he attended as a participant in 2019. Tom's areas of expertise include adult development, learning experience design, and leadership coaching.
Outside of work, Tom is the founder and conductor of the Manhattan Choral Ensemble and he serves on the board of the Ethical Culture Society of Essex County. Tom lives in South Orange, New Jersey.
