Leadership Development Program Manager

Vanessa brings over a decade of experience in program development, leadership training, and strategic planning to her role at the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance. With a professional background spanning higher education, alumni relations, and international program management, she combines her expertise and passion to oversee the design and delivery of leadership programs, including the Higher Ambition Leadership Institute (HALI).

Her areas of expertise include stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and cross-cultural program management, informed by her multilingual abilities in English, French, and Spanish, as well as her ongoing study of Estonian to connect more deeply with her partner’s culture.

Outside of work, Vanessa is an avid trail runner who finds joy in exploring the natural beauty of the Boston area. She also enjoys traveling, language learning, and immersing herself in diverse cultural experiences.
